Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent At Least (1) Year of Office Experience Job Goal: Serves as confidential secretary to the principal/assistant principals and as a facilitator for the school public being served by the school office.
Employment Terms: 10 Months, 8 hours per day 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., Exclusive of a Lunch Occasionally, special arrangements may be made with the supervisor if the situation warrants. Supervisor approval is required if the contract day varies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Enters all suspensions. 2. Prepares Quarterly State Attendance Reports. 3. Prepares Quarterly State Transportation Reports. 4. Prepares Yearly Drop-Out Reports. 5. Sends monthly enrollment roster to Central Administration. 6. Maintains accurate for daily add and drop records. 7. Keeps official enrollment totals. 8. Writes all transportation (bus) slips, admits, release slips, and lot passes. 9. Takes all attendance phone calls. 10. Contacts parents when a student is absent 2 or more hours. 11. Inputs all attendance information in computer (absent reasons, school activities, testing, and etc). 12. Attends to students who are ill, and calls parents to pick them up. 13. Administers daily medication to students. 14. Changes teacher attendance via email request. 15. Maintains withdrawals for PoHi, Wildcat Academy, Teen Pep, and SHARE. 16. Enter testing attendance. 17. Distributes mail daily. 18. Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign. |
