Reports to: High School Principal/Instrumental Music Coordinator
Supervises: Students participating in Music Programs
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
Experience in Coordinating and Scheduling
Highly Organized
Job Goal: Coordinate events at the PCPS Concert Hall

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures efficient management and scheduling of the Concert Hall.
- Attends all music events at the Concert Hall.
- Works with Instrumental Music Coordinator to schedule, prepare, and manage events at Concert Hall.
- Coordinates the following performance day operations
- Opening of the Building
- Preparing audio/video equipment
- Monitoring of audio/video equipment
- Closing of the building after the performance.
- Coordinate with Music Director and assist as needed
- Conducts an annual inventory.
- Operate audio/visual equipment and prepare audio/visual equipment for performances and events.
- Supervise custodial duties associated with the Concert Hall.
- Ensure Concert Hall regulations are followed by patrons.
- Regularly participates in appropriate professional development opportunities.
- Utilizes professional behavior in all school related interactions.
- Complies with all federal, state and local laws and board policies and procedures.
- Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign.
